Processing & Shipping Time

In-stock items are usually processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

Pre-order items may take up to 50 business days to ship, depending on the production schedule, craftsmanship, and product complexity. The estimated shipping timeframe for pre-order items will be shown on the product page when applicable.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may contact you to confirm whether you would like the in-stock items to be shipped first. In most cases, in-stock items can be shipped separately before the pre-order items are ready.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Pre-order Cancellation

Pre-order items can be cancelled before shipment. If you would like to cancel a pre-order item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@personsoul.com.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries and regions. During checkout, you will be able to see whether shipping is available to your location. If your country or region is not listed, it means we are currently unable to ship to your location. We apologize for any inconvenience.
